Connecting to You

Take a walk, a bike ride or engage in some other form of exercise mid-day , or whenever possible, to give yourself a little pick-me-up. One of my favorite things to do after waking up, or at the end of the day when everyone has gone to bed is to finish up any pressing work projects, tidy up my house and escape to "my world", as an active 10 min meditation, or just sitting outside to connect and ground with nature. Its not only relaxing, but it's stress-free(even if it's 10-15 minutes), and I feel like I am really pampering myself. A lot of people take issue with doing things alone, but I feel very comfortable spending time alone; for me, that’s the whole point of the excursion.





Act of Allowing

The bottom line is that we often live frazzled lives and rarely stop and take time to replenish our souls. Without this replenishment, we have little or nothing left to offer others so it is vital to take some time for ourselves and it is even more vital to “allow” ourselves those moments while releasing any guilt about them.

Hopefully, these blogs can serve you as a time to re-charge yourself and all of your energies. Perhaps even assist you in your healing, and growing journey.


My Clients

I love seeing my clients feel more empowered, finding their healing journey and leaning into self-love. That is my goal, my main intention is to show you that you are a powerful being, capable of self-love, authenticity, and showing you the power you truly have. Healing comes from within. The power of you, your will. The power of each choice and the effect of each choice. Using your will and words to consciously manifest the life you desire. All while cheering you on because this work isn’t for the faint of heart. It’s for the badasses who want to put in the work. To let you know that what is truly worth having, takes sacrifice. All you have to do is let go of all that you are not.




I leave you this inspirational message. A message you can always reflect on[...start/end your day]:

"I awaken each day in, and with, gratitude, joy and anticipation. With great expectancy. Expectancy of great things the Universe has for me. I allow the day the day to unfold in it’s perfectness. The day is gifting me with new delights, releasing me from things that no longer serve me and from things that are holding me back. I will stay in the moment of the NOW. In doing so, I am focusing on what is occurring in the moment. Each moment, each thought and event is of vast importance. This moment is the moment that really matters. The treasures of new wisdom, new insights, new powers of reasoning and new gifts are pouring forth at an astonishing rate. All because I AM deserving, and always for the best of everyone. I am open to receiving each of them. With each new impulse of a higher vibration, a portion of me, and my real reality begins to expand in all that is."
