My mission is to help you gain awareness of the importance of incorporating Mind, Body and Spiritual practices to find a healthy balance that can project on your overall health. All of our bodies need attention and support for overall wellness.
Who I AM
My name is Dina Ramos. I am the founder of Zen Reiki & Holistic Wellness. I am a nurse and hypnotist by profession, as well as a gifted educator, intuitive, coach, and spiritual guide. I am here to help you discover the truth of your most authentic self. You are made of 7 bodies that need to have balance to have overall wellness. I help encourage those who are ready to heal, ready to wake up to the power of their choice, because healing is a brave choice(perhaps the bravest choice of them all).
I am here for the ones who are ready to take responsibility for their own healing, for a deeper loving connection with themselves, by listening, and understanding and loving themselves.
I am a safe space for people to feel vulnerable to finding truth and true healing from within.
I received my Diploma as an Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, where I received a Certificate as a Hypnotist and Life Coach. I moved forward to specialize in Clinical Hypnotherapy. I am certified through the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA).
I have completed 3 Grades of Reiki. To learn more about Reiki--Click Here.
I have received Munay Ki Rights as well as Ñustas Ceremony. Munay comes from the Quechua word that means Love, Ki (Qi) means energy. This type of energy healing promotes healing of the Luminous Body. These allow me to remain connected to Spirit, the Mountains and all that is Nature as all that is Nature is Sacred, just like you.
I have been blessed to have received these Rites by Q'ero natives, from the high Andes Mountains of Peru.
I am also a Certified End-of-Life Doula, and this, along with my Hospice Experience, has provided me the opportunity to serve many clients in their end of life journey, and support their loved ones. End of life is delicate process, and it requires the most support in all aspects-physical, emotional and spiritual, to assist in a peaceful transition, full of light, and towards the light.
Every session is Sacred. I create a safe space through cleansing of space, client, and myself, to connect to the healing energies.

My practice adheres to the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of each of the agencies through which I am licensed and certified.
I am not a physician, licensed psychotherapist or counselor and I am not meant to take the place of these health care providers.
I am a dedicated practitioner of holistic therapies. I love empowering clients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts. As a Holistic Practitioner, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between holistic and western medicine while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good Holistic Practitioner.
