My mission is to help you gain awareness of the importance of incorporating Mind, Body and Spiritual practices to find a healthy balance that can project on your overall health. All of our bodies need attention and support for overall wellness.

Who I AM

My name is Dina Ramos. I am the founder of Zen Reiki & Holistic Wellness. I am a nurse and hypnotist by profession, as well as a gifted educator, intuitive, coach, and spiritual guide. I am here to help you discover the truth of your most authentic self. I help encourage those who are ready to heal, ready to wake up to the power of their choice, because healing is a brave choice(perhaps the bravest choice of them all). I am here for the ones who are ready to take responsibility for their own healing.

I provide a safe space for your journey to take place.

I received my Diploma as an Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, where I received a Certificate as a Hypnotist and Life Coach. I moved forward to specialize in Clinical Hypnotherapy. I am certified through the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA).

Asa Certified End-of-Life Doula, and over 15 years of hospice experience, I feel privileged to have helped many dying patients, and their families. End of life is delicate process, and it requires the most support in all aspects-physical, emotional and spiritual, to assist in a peaceful transition, full of light.

Every session is Sacred.

I am a dedicated practitioner of holistic therapies. I love empowering clients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts. As a Holistic Practitioner, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between holistic and western medicine while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good Holistic Practitioner.
